AAV Reference Materials Full Capsids

Recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) is a widely used tool for research and clinical applications. Per January 2020 FDA CMC guidance, commercially supplied reference standards obtained from a reputable commercial source can be used in addition to certified reference standards. Our AAV reference materials (full capsids) with accurate vector genome concentration can be used in qPCR-based vector genome quantification. Additionally, our AAV reference materials are well characterized for full-to-empty capsid ratio. We can provide AAV reference materials in AAV1, AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8 and AAV9 serotypes.
